Ioan competes at a semi-professional level in football and works closely with Gloucester City Women and talent-pathway institutions in the United States. His coaching spans a wide range of athletes and individuals who want to push their performance and get more from their training.

Ed has eight years in the fitness industry, built on a background in professional and semi-professional rugby with Gloucester Rugby and Cinderford RFC. That pathway sparked his passion for strength and conditioning, which now drives his work with combat/contact-based athletes and individuals looking to elevate their training

Jem is a Strength and Conditioning coach who builds functional strength for everyday trainers and competitive athletes alike. Whether someone is chasing a HYROX personal best or taking their first steps into structured training, she provides a clear, progressive roadmap to help them push beyond their current limits. Her coaching blends intelligent programming, movement quality, and purposeful progression to develop strength that carries over into real life and real performance.

Joe is a Strength and Conditioning coach specialising in helping athletes optimise their performance. With experience across school, academy, and university sport, and a background in Sport Science and S&C, he blends practical coaching with evidence-based methods. At Titan Performance, he works with athletes of all ages and levels, creating customised programmes that align with their sport, goals, and long-term development. His aim is simple: no athlete should be held back by physical limits.

Korey is the founder of KS-Training, a personal trainer and amateur boxer who helps people build real athletic strength, master boxing fundamentals, and develop a confident, powerful physique. His coaching is personalised, goal-driven, and performance-focused. Whether someone is new to training, focused on fat loss, or aiming to improve athletic ability, Korey meets them where they are and guides them forward with clarity and purpose.

Sam is an endurance coach and owner of Power Coaching, specialising in strength and conditioning for runners, cyclists, mountain bikers, and hybrid athletes. With a multi-sport background, he understands endurance and power sports demands. He uses gym-based training to build durability, power, efficiency, and injury resilience, helping athletes perform better and feel stronger. His coaching includes 1–1 training, group sessions, team coaching, and tailored endurance programmes to develop confident athletes.
