At Titan Performance, we help Gloucester residents train with purpose, progress confidently, and perform their best—inside and outside the gym. We offer structured, coached, measurable fitness—no random workouts or ego training. Our approach centres on Community, Integrity, and Education.

At Titan Performance, every session fits a 12-week plan focused on building performance, not just workouts. We develop strength, conditioning, movement quality, and confidence through phased training. Each session has a clear goal, ensuring consistent progress, safety, and burnout prevention.

YEAR FOUNDED AND EARLY BEGINNINGS
Founded in 2021, Titan PERFORMANCE began as a small coaching space focused on raising training standards for everyday people and athletes.

ED BOGUE
Ed has eight years in the fitness industry, built on a background in professional and semi-professional rugby with Gloucester Rugby and Cinderford RFC. That pathway sparked his passion for strength and conditioning, which now drives his work with combat/contact-based athletes and individuals looking to elevate their training.
IOAN RICHards
Ioan competes at a semi-professional level in football and works closely with Gloucester City Women and talent-pathway institutions in the United States. His coaching spans a wide range of athletes and individuals who want to push their performance and get more from their training.
